Advertiser enquiries and property searches
We collect your name, email address, country, selected property categories and the optional details you supply, such as company, representation, preferred locations, budget and message. We use these details to review, respond to and follow up on your request. The legal basis for this form processing is your consent, given through the required checkbox (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw this consent by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
Submitting these forms does not publish a listing, create a paid account or subscribe you to a newsletter. Every proposed listing requires manual review. Please avoid sending identity documents, financial account details or other sensitive personal information through these forms.
Newsletter
We use your email address to send Castles International launch news and newsletters only with your separate consent. A confirmation email contains a link and confirmation button; your address remains inactive until you confirm. You can unsubscribe using the link in your confirmation email and future newsletters, or by contacting us. You do not need to subscribe to make an enquiry.
Consent records and security
We record submission time, consent time and privacy-notice version; for newsletters we also record confirmation or withdrawal. Security controls use a session cookie and a pseudonymous hash derived from the requesting IP address to limit repeated submissions. We do not use those hashes for advertising or profiling.
Retention
Enquiries are retained for up to 12 months from submission. Unconfirmed newsletter requests expire after seven days. Confirmed newsletter subscriptions remain until you unsubscribe or we discontinue the newsletter. Unsubscribing removes the email address and other personal details from the active record, leaving a hashed reference and withdrawal date for up to 30 days. Rate-limit records are retained for up to 24 hours. Expired records are removed by scheduled daily maintenance. If you continue correspondence with us outside these forms, relevant messages may be retained separately for handling that correspondence or meeting applicable obligations.
Hosting, email and recipients
The website, form records and email service are hosted by Magyar Hosting / Websupport Magyarország Kft. Our authorised team can access enquiries and subscription records for the purposes described above. Form records are stored outside the publicly accessible website directory. We do not sell these details or share them with advertisers or other marketplace brands automatically. No external newsletter delivery provider is connected at this stage. See the hosting provider's privacy information.
Requests also transmit technical information such as the IP address, requested resource and browser information to the hosting infrastructure. The provider's access, security-log and backup retention is governed by its service arrangements and privacy information.
Cookies and international transfers
A secure, HTTP-only session cookie is necessary to protect form submissions against forgery. It expires at the end of the browser session. This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, tracking pixels or external fonts. The forms do not intentionally transfer your details to a third-country marketing service. External websites linked from this site apply their own policies.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data. You may withdraw consent at any time and object where processing is based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the address above. You may complain to the Hungarian supervisory authority, NAIH, or your local data-protection authority. We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects based on these forms.
